I would like to thank Allan Davies & his assistant Linda for all their time when selling my home. Linda & Allan were prompt to address any concerns, questions or details in the sale of my house as well as my purchase.
As the market was rising so were their efforts. Allan was always ready to seize the day & go hunting with me to find the perfect home. Allan had to overcome a couple of obstacles such as my budget too & the market dynamics increased in midstream of my search. Many days he would avail himself to me at short notice to accomodate my changing work schedule.
To help me get the best dollar for my home at a crazy selling time, Allan agreed to have a showing for me of which he does not normally do. His generoisty of time & effort was a real comfort. I always knew that he & his assistant Linda wanted me to succeed in my venture. Their support was tremendous and I thank them both for their endless energy & efforts as well as their positive & friendly attitudes.

Faced with adversity being the grim reality of job loss and self supporting there was no alternative but to be pro-active and sell my home, one which I cherished and worked so hard to attain. Selling a home is stressful at any given time but being jobless, single and &.giving up your home......yipes!
Hard as it was I placed the call to Allan Davies. An appointment was scheduled. He promptly arrived the facts were explained and he realized how difficult this decision was. On a personal note, in order to assist my personal jobless situation, Allan circulated my resume to individuals in his network environment. I am forever thankful for this support and assistance Allan!

I have worked for Allan for the past year and it didn't take me long to realize what a great boss and person he is. As I had contact with his past and present clients I also learnt what a fantastic realtor he is and how past clients kept coming back & giving him referrals.
Recently I decided to sell my 1 bedroom bungalow and purchase a duplex for investment. Allan didn't jump at the fact that he would be getting a listing and a sale from me; his concern was that I was making the right decision for me.
